To use:
Apply as needed to tender/achy area on your body. Massage in gentle circles to area that needs a little love.
Remember, if you've had the injury for some time extended application will be necessary. Be consistent and it will pay off.
Cautions:
Stop use 2 weeks before any surgery. Do not use if kidney disease or bleeding disorder is present. Do not use while pregnant or breast feeding (not enough research is available).
