To use:
Apply to the eyelid along the lash line. In small dashes or strokes, create a line from the inner eyelid to the outside. For a 'smokier' look, blend out with a brush.

Really like the Pure Anada eye pencil. Goes on smooth and the quality of the pencil shows not only with daily wear but also has never broken off when I’m sharpening it(I hate it when that happens, what a waste!) Great Product!
